This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi in public areas, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. I’m excited to come back for Xmas!

I loved the modern decor and bright lobby, which made the hotel feel welcoming. The accessibility to nearby tube stations was excellent, making it easy for me to explore the lovely Maida Vale neighborhood without any hassle.

More shuttle options for senior guests would be helpful.

Room service only had limited sandwich options, but the beds were very comfortable.

It was just an excellent fit for resting in London with great value for the money. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Make sure to check the breakfast options as there's not much choice.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

We enjoyed our stay, especially the welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday memorable. The afternoon snacks in the lounge were a delightful surprise. Tip, Try to ask about special amenities ahead of your stay for a better experience!

I loved my stay, especially for the easy access to both Hyde Park, just over 3 km away, and The Regent's Park, nearly 2.5 km from the hotel, which made my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. plus, I appreciated the helpful staff and early check-in that made me feel welcome and taken care of.

Had a solid night here in a nice, high floor room. Super clean and surprisingly spacious! Breakfast in the lounge was alright, with some decent hot options. Only bummer was the small bathroom—felt a bit cramped. a really chill place to stay while exploring the city!

Our stay was fantastic, especially with the spacious family room featuring two cozy double beds and the delicious buffet breakfast every morning that kept everyone happy. We loved unwinding in the heated swimming pool and enjoyed the sauna after a long day. The only little hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 😊

Great location with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. My room was very clean and comfy.

We had a comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. The nearby Kilburn Park Underground station made getting around a breeze, and the beds were great for a good night's sleep. My nephew loved the access to the Bannatyne’s Health Club, especially the pool.

My kids wished for more hooks in the bathroom for their towels.
